2) Deciding On Your Price

3) Prepare Your Home For Showings

Once your home is prepped & staged from inside & out, we will  have our team of Photographers & Floor Planners work together to ensure your home is brought to life with High Definition (HD) photos & videos, and 3D floor plans.

My Digital Marketing System will utilize the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google) and E-Mail Campaigns that allows me to make information accessible 24-hours a day globally.

4) Hosting Open Houses & Private Showings

Strategically planned our Open House and Private Showing strategy allows us to convert our Digital Marketing System into reality in personalized viewings.  We aim to create a fun and exciting atmosphere that will only bring out the most serious Buyers. The goal is to create a sense of urgency to act in a timely fashion on their interest in fear the opportunity may be lost.

Contract negotiations in essence is an "Art of War".  From the moment a Contract of Purchase & Sale is received till that final Subject Removal & Deposit Cheque is verified.
